Are you room prices genuinely fully inclusive of all bills?
Yes!
We like to keep things simple. There are no hidden extras. Your room price is inclusive of your energy usage, rates, waste disposal, wi-fi, etc.
Naturally we request that tenants don’t abuse the privilege, i.e. that energy efficient devices are used (e.g. no fan heaters) and all electrical devices are powered-down when not in use.
Do you offer free wi-fi?
Yes!
We have high-speed wi-fi throughout, powered by a 1Gb Virgin fibre service. If you prefer your own fully private, independent service, you’re welcome to organise this at your own expense.
What's the minimum rental period?
3 months.
If you’re desperate for a room for just a month or two, please do ask us, and we’ll see if we can accomodate.
Can I customise my room to my own requirements?
Yes!
Feel free to re-decorate, re-carpet, etc. as you see fit.
What can my room be used for?
Anything you like, on the proviso that:
- It’s legal.
- It doesn’t breach any standard health and safety regulations.
- It doesn’t upset any other tenants, e.g. with excessive noise.
Are there rooms for meetings or to run workshops?
Yes!
As of January 2025, we’re delighted to make available a room that tenants can reserve for the purpose of having meetings or running workshops.

Can I get 24/7 access to my room?
Yes!
Some rooms have direct driveway access. The internal rooms are accessed via one of the two main entrance doors, both of which have security keypads.
What's the notice period if I wish to vacate a room?
1 month. Easy! No long-term lock-in contracts.
Are your rooms wheelchair-accessible?
Many are, but not all.
Where possible and practical, we’ve installed both permanent and portable ramps.
What's parking like?
Our two driveways 13a and 19b Moor Road may be used for temporary pick-up and drop-off only.
There’s plenty of free parking on nearby streets. Some sections are 2-hour limited, other sections allow all-day parking.
What payment methods do you accept?
All monthly rentals are by standing order.
Do you have a Facebook page?
Yes!

We also have a private Facebook group for upcoming and existing tenants only.
Are your rooms suitable for retail business?
We welcome all types of business, retail or non-retail.
Subject to availability, there are a wide range of room sizes and shapes to choose from.
Some have direct external door access, others have internal access (i.e. via one of the main entrance doors), some have both.
